The site records interaction events such as a tour-category click or outbound partner click. Chat messages are not added to these analytics events.
Travel assistant
When you send a chat message, your question and recent messages are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The site temporarily stores your questions and the assistant’s replies so it can send Best of Tromsø one email with a summary and the full conversation when the chat ends or is inactive. The email is sent to geral@rafaelrocha.pt using Resend and may include links mentioned in the replies. After the email is sent, the site removes the transcript from its own database. The email remains in the recipient mailbox and email service under their respective retention settings. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat.
Third-party sites
When you follow an external booking link, that partner applies its own privacy and cookie policies.
